Lamborghini is a 100% subsidiary of AUDI and one of the leading manufacturers of exclusive luxury sports vehicles. Due to the significant increase of production volumes over the past years, the improvement of the process efficiency at Lamborghini became inevitable. Through the development and establishment of a new inventory reporting system based on an effective KPI-Cockpit we were created a remarkable transparency and were able to define clear responsibilities together with ZLU. This is the effective basis for the reduction of stock levels and the improvement of process efficiency. |
