In order to advance our competitiveness within the VW Group, in 2006 we began a campaign with the aim of increasing our process efficiency even further. Due to the effective suppport of ZLU, AHM has effectively reduced its inventory levels by almost 35% and the turnover duration by nearly 40% within one year. |
