Because a stable production is not only a strategic success factor but also an essential element of the new logistics concept of AUDI, an internal project to stabilise the production programme was initiated. Therefore, a roadmap for the stabilisation of programmes was developed together with ZLU. This includes a comprehensive guide and parameters for the stabilisation as well as 54 specific work packages in 4 central action fields. |
