AUDI HUNGARIA MOTOR Kft. (AHM) located in Györ, Hungary, is one of the world's largest motor manufacturers and one of the VW Group's most important suppliers. In order to advance our competitiveness within the VW Group, in 2006 we began a campaign with the aim of increasing our process efficiency even further. Due to the effective suppport of ZLU, AHM has effectively reduced its inventory levels by almost 35% and the turnover duration by nearly 40% within one year.
