Following the merger of the brand and site logistics in the Wolfsburg plant with the CKD and Volkswagen Transport, it became necessary to reorganise the financial controlling processes.The associated requirements were implemented by a team consisting of financial controlling personnel and ZLU consultants. The key result was the establishment of the management cockpit to support the managers in their decision making. |
