Application Process
Every applicant has to go through a multistage application process that is appropriate to his/her previous experience:
- Phone interview: Your first step is a phone interview of approx. 30-45 minutes with one of our consultants. Aside from questions on your personality, your vitae and your motivation to join ZLU you will be questioned on your particular expertise. If you convince us we will invite you to one of our recruiting days here at ZLU.
- Recruiting day: The recruiting day consists of a 10 minute presentation on a topic that you will choose and prepare in advance as well as a series of interviews with various consultants of different ranks and practices. The interviews will focus on short case studies in order to get an understanding of your problem solving abilities, your analytical skills and your creativity.
- Top level interview (optional): If you convince us during the recruiting day and you are applying for a senior position at ZLU (manager or principal), we will invite you for a closing interview with our CEO. If you convince us here as well, we will look forward to welcome you on board.
