As a project manager for an implementation-oriented senior management consultancy like ZLU, it is important to see yourself from the start as a collaborator with the company management. This is the only way it is possible for a team of consultants to bring movement into a company with more than 5000 employees and to steer them towards an objective.

The range and complexity of the various duties means that it is essential to express matters concisely and to the point – and it is just as important that the senior management is able to take decisions without delay. But as ZLU project manager it is crucial not to let all the details block your view of the key target parameters.
